And finally...let us introduce ourselves
We are Valentina and Stefano. In our past lives we were Milanese freelancers: for 20 years we worked in communications, graphic design, publishing, journalism, photography, exhibitions and the web. We’ve developed consulting projects for companies and startups, independent projects tied to large urban events and taught at famous universities in Milan. At the beginning of 2021, in part “thanks” to the ongoing pandemic, we realized that city life was beginning to feel “constricting”, that our lives had changed and we needed new, greener, more distant horizons. Thanks to friends, we discovered the great beauty of the Langa Astigiana. After quite a bit of research we managed to find Cascina Marenco and we fell in love: the landscape, the stones, the vineyards, the land, the air, the light. We knew at once we’d found our new home. “Now or never!”. On a cold winter afternoon we closed up our house in Milan and with the car loaded to the gills we left for our new life, together with our three-year-old son Vittorio. Now this is our new horizon, greener, further away. New roots are growing. With our hospitality business we look forward to welcoming the world with open arms, to share with you the ancient stones of our house, tucked between rows of vines, surrounded by sweet silence and the soft light of the Langa hills. Our home will be your home.
