On the ground floor is the entrance, the large kitchen (with all the modern amenities), an inviting living room with a brick ceiling, stone walls and a wood-burning stove.
Access to a lovely terrace both from the kitchen and the living room.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a sink, WC and bidet and a separate shower room with a double sink.

From the private terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Langa Astigiana.

On the terrace you will findawnings, table and chairs.
You can also relax in the sun by the pool or seek out the shade under the pergola with a book and a cold drink.
